PalamaCare Ltd is committed to operating in an environmentally responsible manner and supporting sustainable practices in line with the guidelines of the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA).

As a manufacturer of hygiene and cleaning products, we recognize our responsibility to minimize environmental impact throughout our operations and product lifecycle.

Responsible Manufacturing
PalamaCare ensures that all manufacturing processes are carried out in a controlled environment where quality and environmental responsibility are prioritized. Our internal quality assurance systems monitor production processes to ensure efficient use of raw materials while minimizing waste. We are slowly shifting to using biodegradable raw materials without compromising on products quality. We are reducing pollution by efficient transportation. We bulk deliveries in the same area on the same day of the week

Packaging Reuse & Recycling
To reduce plastic waste and promote sustainable resource use, PalamaCare operates a packaging return and recycling initiative.

Jerrycan Return Program

Customers are encouraged to return 20-litre jerrycans supplied by PalamaCare once they are empty. Returned containers are inspected and where possible cleaned and reused, or alternatively sent for recycling through licensed recycling partners.

Packaging Return for Recycling
Customers who wish to return used product packaging to PalamaCare for proper disposal or recycling are welcome to do so. We work with authorized waste management and recycling companies to ensure packaging materials are handled in an environmentally responsible manner.

Waste Management
PalamaCare supports proper waste management practices by ensuring that production waste and packaging materials are disposed of through licensed waste collectors and recycling companies in compliance with NEMA regulations.

We continually review our processes, packaging materials, and operational practices to identify opportunities for waste reduction, recycling, and sustainable product development.
